We ship to most countries in the EU and the USA.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location:

EU shipping: 3–7 business days
USA shipping: 5–10 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently offer free shipping on orders over €75 / $80.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging and condition.
Opened supplements, food, or hygiene items are non-returnable.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
You must contact us before sending a return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
